Turtle Cove is located behind the front desk, Reservations/Turtle Cove building (Bldg. 220).
Whether you’re looking for recreation or relaxation, Bellows offers a variety of activities and programs to provide our guests with the opportunity to take home a part of Hawai`i. Our Hawaiian culture classes and Outdoor Adventure programs give our guests an enriching local experience, while yoga classes offer exclusive beachside fitness options.
Please make reservations at least 24 hours in advance for most classes (check descriptions for other requirements). Availability varies; check the CALENDAR for schedule.
Golf
Whether you need to practice your swing at our full-size driving range, want to play 18-hole mini golf with the family, or test your throwing skills at disc golf, Bellows ODR has you covered!

Circuit Fitness Station
Boost your mood with an outdoor workout at our 9-circuit fitness area. Located on the walking path across the street from Bellows Mini Golf Course, each exercise station is designed for all fitness levels.
Beachside Yoga
Enjoy peaceful ocean views and cool sea breezes at our gentle yoga classes. Groups welcome!
Registration is required 24 hours in advance.

Sunrise & Sunset Sound Bath
A relaxing meditation where sounds guide you to be more present, connect with your body & nature, & most importantly quiet your mind and reduce stress. Bring a yoga mat or towel, eye mask, & water. Dress comfortably.

Schedule your well-deserved massage with one of our licensed massage therapists. Our beachside studio is centrally located between the Reservations/Turtle Cove building and AAFES Express.

Outrigger Canoe Paddling
Experience the ancient Polynesian craft of paddling an outrigger canoe, Hawai`i’s most popular team sport. Whether in a 1-person canoe or as part of a 4-person team, these 60-minute lessons will give you a taste of the sport while you enjoy the views of Waimanalo Bay.
Ages 8 & older. Ages 6 -7 with a supervising adult.

Ocean Skills Clinics
This 2-hour clinic includes Ocean Safety, Risk Management & Assessment Skills, Outrigger Canoe Paddling, Single Canoe Paddling, and Intro to Bodyboard. Ideal for families!

Junior Lifeguard Workshop
Learn the basic lifeguarding knowledge and skills needed for the American Red Cross Lifeguarding Course, including ocean safety, proper use of rescue equipment, Keiki CPR, and a fun challenge to end the day.
