Harmony Sound Healing
$25 per person
A Certified Sound Bath Practitioner plays chimes, tingsha cymbal bell, nut shaker, crystal singing bowls, and other instruments to guide you to be more present, to connect with your body and nature, but most importantly, to quiet your mind and reduce stress. The session begins with a quick, gentle stretch. Attendees then lay down to enjoy the various unique sounds.
Please bring a yoga mat, towel, or something to lay down, an eye mask if you have one, and a water bottle. Dress comfortably and bring a sweater or blanket if you tend to get cold easily.
Ages 10 & over. 17 & under must be accompanied by an adult.

Bellows Air Force Station special events and programs are open to all Bellows AFS guests and eligible patrons – active duty military, military retirees, reservists, National Guard, disabled veterans with a VA Health Identification Card, current/retired DoD civilian employees with an authorized ID card, and their dependents and guests. Those without base access will not be permitted on Bellows AFS. Events and info subject to change.
