Pavilions or Deck

Conference Room

For availability and reservations of the Conference Room, contact Lodging Reservations. Mon – Fri • 8:30 am – 6:30 pm HST excluding federal holidays at (808) 259-8080.

Three outdoor pavilions are available for your ocean-side gathering. Rental includes one large charcoal grill and 10 picnic tables. No electricity.

$167/day (plus $50 refundable cleaning fee)

This renovated, covered deck is located beyond the reservation desk in Turtle Cove (Bldg. 220). Rental includes a stage, one large charcoal grill, tables, and chairs. Morning, afternoon, or full-day rentals are available. No outside alcohol allowed. Bartender available. (House beverage prices apply.)

$167/day 2 – 7 pm
$35/hour additional, 7 pm – 10 pm (plus $50 refundable cleaning fee)

Host your next meeting in this spacious, air-conditioned room with a sweeping ocean view. Located on the second floor of the Reservations/Turtle Cove building (Bldg. 220). Conference Room presentation equipment includes a whiteboard, flat-screen television, laptop connector, and DVD player. Please inquire for specifics.
