The yoga class is a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa styles, and is personalized to the needs and interests of the students. Along with movement, yoga philosophy, and breathing exercises are also taught.
After the yoga session, cool down and meditate while a Certified Sound Bath Practitioner plays chimes, tingsha cymbal bell, nut shaker, crystal singing bowls, and other instruments to guide you to be more present, connect with your body and nature, and, most importantly, to quiet your mind and reduce stress. The session begins with a quick, gentle stretch. Attendees then lay down to enjoy the various unique sounds.
