Community Programs Manager

Bellows Air Force Station is seeking a Community Programs Manager responsible for planning, developing, and executing a wide variety of community events and programs supporting military members, families, and authorized guests.
This position oversees the coordination of installation events such as BooFest, Eggstavaganza, Christmas Tree Lighting, Wheels by the Waves, First Fridays, holiday events, concerts, and other recreational programs throughout the year.

Location: Bellows Air Force Station, Waimanalo, HI
Key responsibilities include planning and managing events and programs, coordinating vendors and contracts, managing event budgets, supervising staff and volunteers, ensuring compliance with safety and operational requirements, and briefing leadership on program status and event planning.
Applicants should have experience planning and directing community events or programs, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with NAF financial processes and entertainment contracting procedures is highly preferred.
