Submit Your Paperwork

Complete and submit your rental agreement forms by email or in person. Your booking is not confirmed until all paperwork and payment are received.

Note: Equipment rentals must be reserved at least 14 days prior to your function.

Receive Your Confirmation

Once paperwork and payment are complete, Turtle Cove will send confirmation by email or print one for you in person.

Submit Your Guest List (If Applicable)

If any guests do not have a DoD ID to access the base, hand carry a guest list to Security Forces no later than 5 business days before your gathering.

 

Large Groups — 200 or More Guests

Additional requirements apply for gatherings of 200 or more guests.

Parking Plan A parking plan must be submitted to Security Forces. The rental agreement form must include a Security Forces signature on the Parking Plan line before submission.

Guest List A hand-carried guest list must be submitted to Security Forces no later than 5 business days before your gathering.

Restroom Rentals Portable toilets are required for any gathering of 200 or more attendees. 1 toilet per 200 guests · 1 additional toilet per every 100 guests beyond that

Venue Capacity Pavilion maximum capacity is 200 people. If your guest count exceeds 200, an additional pavilion must be rented. Deck capacity is 150 people.
