Sponsoring a Foreign National guest from the below list will NOT be allowed entry prior to being processed by Bellows AFS Security Forces. Requests will be accepted as early as 3 months prior to the visit and no later than 30 days prior to the visit.

All other Foreign National guests, not previously identified, are allowed entry if they are accompanied by personnel with proper base access credentials.

Email “I am requesting access for Foreign National Guest to Bellows AFS from DD MMM YY to DD MMM YY” to 18MSGDET2.PNR.BellowsDailyAccess@us.af.mil to initiate the process.

Once you receive an email from NoReplyTo@mail.mil, follow the steps on this link to submit the following documents via DoD Safe:

• Foreign National Request Memorandum
• Copy of Foreign National’s Passport
• Copy of the Sponsor’s DoD ID to verify sponsorship privileges.

Security Forces will coordinate with AFOSI for proper vetting of foreign nationals and will send you a confirmation if no unfavorable information is found.

Individuals with unfavorable information in their criminal record will be DENIED access. Security Forces in not legally allowed to discuss negative information on an individual’s criminal record.
