SUMMARY:Relaxing Sound Bath
DESCRIPTION:A Certified Sound Bath Practitioner plays chimes\, tingsha cymbal bell\, nut shaker\, crystal singing bowls\, and other instruments to guide you to be more present\, connect with your body and nature\, and\, most importantly\, quiet your mind and reduce stress. The session begins with a quick\, gentle stretch. Attendees then lay down to enjoy the various unique sounds. \n$60 per person \nPlease bring a yoga mat\, towel\, or something to lay down on\, an eye mask if you have one\, and a water bottle. Dress comfortably and bring a sweater or blanket if you get cold easily. \nAges 10 & over. 17 & under must be accompanied by an adult. \nSubject to change or cancellation due to weather and ocean conditions. \nReservations are required 24 hours in advance. \nFor more information and to book your spot\, call Turtle Cove\, daily • 8 am – 6 pm (808) 259-4135.
