Permission to Use Photograph(s):
I grant Bellows AFS, its representatives, and employees the right to photograph me and my property in connection with the above-identified subject. I authorize Bellows AFS, its assigns, and transferees to copyright, use, and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that Bellows AFS may use photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example, publicity, illustration, advertising, and web/social media content.

COVENANT NOT TO SUE AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
In consideration of the permission granted to me to compete and participate in the activity of the Bellows Air Force Station, Bellows Easter Eggstravaganza, I hereby remit, release, and forever discharge the Federal Government of the United States, the Department of Defense, and the U.S. Armed Forces and their officers, agents, employees, servants, and contractors from any and all liabilities, claims, suits, proceedings, debts, dues, judgments and demands whatsoever in law or equity which I may have, or which my heirs, executors, administrators or assigns can, shall or may have by reason of injury or death and of damage to property owned or being used by me, which occurs while I am in or on a DoD facility participating in this event. I further promise never to institute, prosecute, or in any way aid in the institution of prosecution of any claim, demand, action, or cause of action against the United States Department of Defense or any of their agencies, employees, servants, or contractors for damage, loss or injury either to person or property which shall occur while I am in or on a DoD facility, or participating in this event. I fully understand this document is a release of all possible claims which I might have as a result of my participation in this FSS-sponsored event and I have read and am aware of the terms of this release. I also acknowledge that I am fully appraised of the risks inherent in the activity of the Bellows Easter Eggstravaganza. I knowingly assume all risks associated with participation in this event. I also understand that NO alcohol products will be consumed during this activity.
