CABINS:
 
Cancellations
Refunds are given when cancellations are made 14 days prior. The deposit will be assessed when failing to provide a minimum 14-day notice. When the reservation period includes a Friday, Saturday, or Federal holiday, the beginning reservation date may not be canceled without canceling the entire reservation.

Length of Stay
The maximum stay is 14 days and may be extended in seven day increments. *Providing space is available and with management approval.
 
Check-in / Check-out Times
Check-in time is 1500. Check-out time is 1100. Due to high occupancy, late check-outs are usually not granted. If granted, late check-out fees are $10 per 30 minutes or any fraction thereof between 1100 - 1230. After 1230, an additional one day fee will be assessed. Authorized cardholders/sponsors are required to remain at the cabin during quiet hours between 2200-0800.

Cleaning Fee

A minimum of $25 cleaning fee will be charged to guests who have not met the acceptable standard of cleaning their cabins prior to checkout.
 
CABIN POLICIES: (Also see General Policies Below)
Bellows policies are designed and enforced to ensure all guests enjoy their stay.
 
• Authorized ID cardholders/sponsors are responsible for their conduct and the conduct of dependents and sponsored guests at all times. Sponsors must remain at their assigned cabins during quiet hours from 2200-0800.
 
• Maximum number of occupants during the hours between 0800-2200 is 16. ONLY 6 occupants are allowed in the cabins overnight from 2200-0800.
 
• Rearrangement of furniture and the use of Bellows towels on the beach ARE NOT permitted. A fee will be charged to move furniture back and for the repair of any damages. Cabin items are not allowed outside of the cabins.
 
• REFUNDS ARE NOT GIVEN due to insects, weather, power outages and natural events.
 
• Tents are NOT ALLOWED at the cabins.
 
• Per AF Policy, SMOKING in the cabin is prohibited. Violations will result in a $250 non-negotible cleaning fee.
 
 
Bellows General Policies:
• Picnic areas are closed during hours of darkness
• Beaches are closed to swimming during the hours of darkness
• Privately owned watercraft's are prohibited from landing or launching on the shores of Bellows
• Hunting is not permitted
• Animals are prohibited on Bellows AFS, with the exception of service animals with proper documentation.
• Open fires are not permitted
• Weapons of any caliber to include pellet guns, air rifles, and BB guns are prohibited
• Metal detectors are prohibited at Bellows AFS.
