Policies
- Deck Check-In: 0800, Check-out: 1900 (Memorial Day-Labor Day) and 1800 (Sep-May)
- Deposit of $50 required at check-in.
- Authorized Personnel are responsible for their conduct, as well as the conduct of their dependents, guests and visitors at all times.
- Additional information regarding sponsoring guests can be found under the Event Planning Tab on our website, or you can contact Security Forces at 259-4200.
- Deposits will be refunded upon check-out and after the site was inspected. If your area was not cleaned, trash present, tables rearranged, you will forfeit your deposit and additional fees may be assessed.
- We do not provide trash bags
- Centralized trash containers (dumpsters) are provided in each area for your convenience.
- We encourage our guests to recycle your cans/bottles/etc in our recycle bins.
- Should your function require advance set-up, it must be approved, It is also required that you reserve (and pay for) additional days. Likewise, if clean up/tear down cannot be accomplished prior to checkout, the following day must also be reserved and paid for.
Please note that smoking is prohibited on the deck.
- Pets/animals are prohibited on Bellows AFS, with the exception of ADA animals with proper documentation. Also, the feeding of feral animals is prohibited and grounds for eviction.
- REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN for beach closures, weather or natural events.
- Complaints from other patrons/personnel, regarding excessive noise, disturbances, litter or other rule violations may result in eviction and loss of base privileges for up to one year.
-Signage, open fires and use the of extension cords is prohibited.
-Cooking units must be located at least 6 feet from any building, tent, or combustible material, and at least 3 feet off the ground. Open unattended fires are prohibited. Grills are for outdoor cooking only. Wood is not authorized for burning in grills. Coals must be cooled and disposed of in coal disposal areas. Do not dispose of coals on the ground or in trash receptacles.

-The Deck is limited to 150 people.
