Polices
The maximum stay is 14 days and may be extended in seven day increments.
*Providing space is available and with management approval.
Cancellations:
Refunds are given when cancellations are made 14 days prior. The deposit will be assessed when failing to provide a minimum 14-day notice. When the reservation period includes a Friday, Saturday, or Federal Holiday, the beginning reservation date may not be canceled without canceling the entire reservation.

PARKING:
The parking policy at Bellows Air Force Station is strictly enforced due to fire code compliance.
ONLY 2 vehicles allowed at each camper cabin. VEHICLES PARKED AT CAMPER CABIN MUST DISPLAY parking permits issued at the time of check-in. All other vehicles without permits MUST park at one of the overflow parking areas. Any vehicle parked at a camper cabin without a parking permit is subject to be ticketed or towed at the owners expense.

All issues/problems with your camper cabin must be reported to the front desk within 30 minutes of check in. Refunds will not be given for any issues NOT REPORTED within thirty minutes of check-in.
Camper cabin sites are allowed 2 tents and up to 10 people from 2200-0800.
During the hours between 0800-2200, a maximum of 15 people are allowed at the site.
Linens ARE NOT provided with your camper cabin rental.
Each site will be issued 2 vehicle parking permits; all other vehicles MUST park at authorized overflow parking areas.
Cars not displaying a parking permit or parked wrongfully are subject to be ticketed or towed at owners expense.
Parking permits are ONLY VALID for the area assigned.
There is a $10 replacement fee for each lost permit.
There is a $25 charge for lost camper cabin keys.
Campfires ARE PROHIBITED in the camper cabin areas and are ONLY ALLOWED AT GROUP SITES.
Portable generators ARE NOT ALLOWED in camper cabin areas.
Smoking, candles, lanterns, cooking equipment and any other flammable devices ARE PROHIBITED in the camper cabins and front porch area.
Bellows General Policies:
Picnic areas are closed during hours of darkness
Beaches are closed to swimming during the hours of darkness
Privately owned watercraft's are prohibited from landing or launching on the shores of Bellows
Hunting is not permitted
Animals are prohibited on Bellows AFS
Open fires are not permitted
Weapons of any caliber to include pellet guns, air rifles, and BB guns are prohibited
