
| IMPORTANT NOTICE We apologize for our phone difficulties. In November of last year,Bellows experienced severe weather which caused several electrical outages and surges. As a result, our phone system has temporarily lacked all features associated with voicemail (i.e. pre-recorded messages and options, etc.). We currently have clerks working diligently between 0800-1700 answering calls in the order they are received. We are awaiting necessary funding for system repair. Additionally, reservations data was lost from 20 Oct to 4 Nov. Therefore, Bellows has implemented the following procedures: If you made your reservation between 20 October and 4 November 2007 for future arrival dates, please call 259-4115 to validate your reservation between the hours of 0800-1700. Please note that YOUR RESERVATION WILL ONLY BE HONORED IF YOU ARE ABLE TO provide your confirmation number and proof of deposit (via bank or credit card statement). If you are unable to provide proof of deposit, we will accept a "space available" reservation which will be good for the requested date of arrival as a walk-in after the hours and only for one day at a time. WE SINCERELY APOLOGIZE FOR THE TERRIBLE INCONVENIENCE. We are still experiencing computer problems, but are much closer to a resolution.
