Housekeeping
We take great pride in our housekeeping services. Daily housekeeping service includes emptying rubbish cans, making beds, cleaning bathroom, stocking toilet tissue, replacing towels and sweeping floors. Linens are changed every fifth day during your stay. Please remove personal property from your bed so it can be made.
Should you need additional linens/towels and to include maintenance work during your stay with us, please contact our housekeeping/maintenance staff at (808) 620-0654 between the hours of 0830-1700.
Checkout time is 1100 daily. Guests are asked to clean range, counter tops, dishes and barbecue grill if used. A minimum of $25 cleaning fee will be charged to guests who have not met the acceptable standard of cleaning their cabins prior to checkout.
We value each of our guests and want our customers to be comfortable. Each cabin is stocked with four (4) sets of towels (one set includes a bath towel, a hand towel, and a wash cloth), one bath mat, one dish towel, and one dish cloth. Unfortunately, due to space restrictions and to keep our costs down, we are unable to maintain a large stock of linen inventory. Because of this limitation, we charge a laundering fee for the following:
$3 per additional Towel Set (any combination of 3 pieces) of towels (above the original 4 sets)
$5 per additional Bed Linen Set (Queen-sized flat sheet, Queen-sized fitted sheet, standard pillow and pillow case and blanket)
